Epoxy Resin Finishing Has Commenced! Just the first thin seal coat, everything will level off after 2 floods costs, 1st will happen 3.5 hours after the seal coat and the final flood coat will happen 3.5 hours after the first flood coat. Total time to pour a 1/4” thick layer of clear epoxy resin, 11-13 hours, with first 1 for each pour having to be checked for bubbles with the torch.
